Description
An audio recording of the tone box of the Northeastern Thai dialect, spoken in Central and Northeastern Thai, collected from 6 areas in Chaiyaphum: 1. Pak Chong sub-district (Khanong Phra), Pak Chong district 2. Ban Non Kum (บ้านโนนกุ่ม), Sikhio district 3. Nong Sarai sub-district, Pak Chong district 4. Ban Kut Muang (บ้านกุดม่วง), Takhian sub-district, Dan Khun Thot district 5. Ban Khok Rak (บ้านโคกรักษ์), Dan Khun Thot sub-district, Dan Khun Thot district 6. Ban Santhia (บ้านสันเทียะ), Non Thai sub-district, Non Thai district. The recording from the 1st to the 20th word is collected for intonation analysis. The first sound recording is contributed by the daughter, and the second sound recording is contributed by the mother, who is in her 70s.
